Zoom is great for staying in touch with my grandkids. On a recent Zoom call with my 8-year-old granddaughter (Miss M), as we talked, the noise level kept rising. Her dad was on a phone call in the next room. Her brother was in the same room as Miss M and making noise. Her mother was down the hall, and we still heard her.
Miss M happened to make a comment about the noise. TEACHABLE MOMENT! It was time to share the idea that what you focus on is what you get.
I started out by asking her what she wanted. After a few questions, we got to the real desire – quiet. So, we started talking about quiet. (Notice we didn’t talk about getting rid of noise.) We imagined what quiet was like and what it does to her body when it is quiet. We kept our focus here.
It surprised me how quickly this worked. Within two or three minutes, things were quiet. Now that is some fast manifesting!
We talked a bit about what we had manifested and how it was done. Interestingly, her brother was listening and said, “I didn’t know you were doing that.” He was paying attention also.
I wonder how they will be using this focus to improve their everyday lives.
Technique: What you focus on is what you get.
I was telling someone about this experience with Miss M and he asked, “What makes you so sure this wasn’t just a coincidence?”
My answer: “Because it’s reproducible.” It happens time and time again.
