The last step of creating your FABULOUS 2019 movie is to pay attention to when you are experiencing the high vibe feelings and body sensations that you identified. Remember the “YES! I rocked the year” feeling?
Well, you don’t have to wait until the end of the year to experience it. Now that you know what you are ultimately aiming for, you can find it in multiple places – even every day. Your dreams then become one way to get the feeling. Not the only way.
After all, if what we are ultimately going for is the feeling we get when we have or do something, isn’t it wonderful if we can experience that feeling over and over throughout the year? That’s certainly better than thinking the dreams fulfilled are the only way to feel your YES!
Try to experience your YES! multiple times a day. For example, if your desire is to lose weight, what are all the different ways you can experience the YES! each day? Shout “Woo Hoo!” or give a little happy dance when:
- You wake up. (“Woo Hoo! I am alive.”)
- Your bed is made. (“Woo Hoo! I’ve accomplished something already.”)
- You get dressed. (“Woo Hoo! I have clothes.”)
- You find a new, healthy recipe. (“Woo Hoo! I am doing something new to help feel even better.”)
- You try the recipe and it worked. (“Woo Hoo! I give myself a pat on the back for a job well done.”)
- You choose a healthy breakfast. (“Woo Hoo! I have good food to fuel my body.”)
At this point, you may turn on some music and dance as you wash dishes, and it’s still the beginning of the day. The more you experience the YES! and Woo Hoo! feelings, the better you will feel and the more the Universe will present you with experiences that match these feelings. Some of these may even be the dreams, hopes, desires and wishes you asked for or something even better. The important thing is that you got to experience the feelings you are going after.
